Nigeria’s Plateau Utd Still Leading NPFL Despite Suffering Defeat

Plateau United reduced their six-point in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) during a Match-day 35 clash in Ilorin, the Jos-based club suffered a 2-0 defeat to Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) FC.

Despite the defeat, Plateau still lead with 62 points, just three points ahead of second placed MFM FC who defeated Gombe United 1-0 at the Agege Stadium in Lagos.

Plateau United will play Rivers United FC this Sunday.
